Story

I’m a Thinker, Writer, Artist, Traveler, Explorer, Creative Entrepreneur, Wellness Enthusiast, Transformation Coach, and Guide.

Born and raised in Accra, Ghana. At 19, I packed my bags and moved to the U.S., where I spent over a decade navigating the winding road of self-discovery. I studied Political Science at Luther College in Iowa, then went on to get my master’s degree at Union Theological Seminary in NYC.

But my education wasn’t just academic—it was deeply personal, peeling back layers and setting me on a spiritual journey that changed everything.

​

For over a decade, I’ve been on a path of deep transformation; questioning, exploring, and re-aligning with what truly matters. But my transformation hasn’t been a straight line, it’s been a path of stumbling, seeking, and trusting the whispers of my spirit. That journey has led me here: to a life of freedom, creativity, and purpose, and to guiding others in creating lives that feel just as rich and meaningful.

These days, I’m all about helping people build lives that actually feel good—like, wake-up-excited good! Whether it’s through location independence, spirituality, creativity, or intentional living, I truly believe your dream life isn’t out there somewhere, it’s already in you, waiting for you to let it unfold from within.

When I’m not creating or guiding others, you’ll find me listening to a podcast, sampling delicious food from different restaurants (Oh, I’m a big FOODIE!), wandering new places, binging YouTube, or deep in conversation about life, spirit, and all the beautiful unknowns.
